When will my items ship?

Your item will typically ship in 2-3 business days. Delivery date and time will be based on your selected shipping method.

Our small-batch approach ensures that each piece is made with meticulous attention to detail. If a piece is currently sold out, we are working on restocking it. Please sign up for our email list to be notified when restocked. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

What materials do you use in your jewelry?

Our jewelry is made from fine materials such as gold vermeil, sterling silver, stainless steel, and thick 14K or 18K gold plating.  We do not use any harmful metals such as lead or cadmium in our products.  Our materials are known for their long-lasting beauty and high quality, allowing us to deliver timeless pieces at affordable prices. Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

All of our pieces are made with lead-free, and cadmium-free materials, making them suitable for those with sensitive skin. However, individual sensitivities vary. If you have concerns, please contact us directly.

Caring for Sterling Silver Jewelry

To maintain the shine and prevent tarnish buildup:

  • Avoid exposing your sterling silver jewelry to harsh chemicals, perfumes, hairspray,
    chlorine (e.g., when swimming), or extended water and moisture exposure.
  • Store your sterling silver pieces in a dry, cool place, preferably in a tarnish-resistant cloth or pouch.  Individual pouches or soft-lined jewelry boxes are ideal.
  • Clean your jewelry regularly using a soft cloth to remove dirt and oils.

Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Never use abrasive cleaners, toothpaste, or ammonia on silver.

Can I make a large order of a product? Can I customize it?

Yes, we can accommodate and customize orders for select items. For example, in the bridal collection, we can customize color and do engraving for your bridal party or special occasion. Minimum order quantities are required and there is an additional fee for this service. Please contact us to discuss further.
